LCR’s Superior EB-5 Strategy

LCR acts as the General Partner of each of its EB-5 funds and pools its investors’ EB-5 capital into conservatively-structured investment vehicles which finance the development of luxury hotel-branded residences, primarily in Dallas, Miami, and New York City, through 5-year, mezzanine construction loans. The firm takes its fiduciary responsibilities seriously and is committed to serving the complex and highly personal objectives of each of its clients. We pursue investment strategies which aim to minimize and mitigate both immigration-related and financial risk by selecting projects which are already under construction, have obtained third-party financing and are fully capitalized and therefore not dependent on EB-5 capital for completion.
