HALL Arts Residences and Hotel is the second of a three-phase, mixed-use development led by HALL Group. It consists of a 28-story residential tower will include 50 luxury residences building and a 12-story, 183 room 5-star hotel recently selected by The Leading Hotels of the World and will house original art in each room.

The residential tower includes luxury residences—which range from 1,600 square feet to over 10,000 square feet for the two-story penthouse with a private 3,000-square-foot rooftop garden.

Capital Stack:

  • Conservative Project Capitalization: In excess of 25% of the total capital for the Hall Arts EB-5 Project is being provided by the developer and its partner, up to 35% through the EB-5 mezzanine loan, and the remainder will come from the senior bank loan.
  • 2nd Phase of Successful Phase 1 EB-5 Project: The Hall Arts Residences is the second phase of a 3 stage, five-acre Hall Arts development led by the Hall Group

Project Completion Guarantee

Hall Financial Services Group, LLC has provided an unconditional completion guarantee, guaranteeing the completion of the development and construction of the Hall Arts II EB-5 Project. The Hall Completion Guarantee greatly reduces the immigration risk to you that the job creation requirement is not met as a result of the project not being completed.

I-526 Denial Refund Guarantee

Hall Financial Services Group, LLC has provided an unconditional guarantee guaranteeing the refund of your investment in Hall Arts II Fund, LP and the Administrative Fee in the event the USCIS denies approval of your application under the EB-5 Immigration Program (i-526 denial). The Hall I-526 Denial Refund Guarantee greatly reduces the financial risk to you in the event of a denial of your I-526 application.

EB-5 Loan Repayment Guarantee

Hall Financial Services Group, LLC, a subsidiary of the HALL Group required to maintain not less than $20 million in cash and marketable securities and GAAP net worth of in excess $150 million, has provided an unconditional and full repayment guarantee of the EB-5 loan to be made to the Hall Arts II EB-5 Project. The Hall Loan Repayment Guarantee greatly reduces the financial risk to you related to the return of your investment and the return on that investment.
