LCR Pacific Regional Center

An EB-5 Regional Center Focused on Investment in Hawaii

Our Pacific Regional Center (LPRC) aims to promote positive economic growth within its geographic scope through EB-5 capital investments, that result in the creation of new jobs for qualified American workers, increased output and wages.

The regional center will identify and create opportunities for investment by foreign individuals seeking residency under the EB-5 Program, and will do so by partially funding a variety of economic development opportunities.

LPRC is a wholly-owned facility by LCR Capital Partners, and backed by our deep experience with EB-5 investments

History & Geographical Scope of the Center

The Aloha Regional Center was originally designated by USCIS 31 March 2011. The original designation covered the state of Hawaii and a single industry (NAICS 112511—Aquaculture Fish Farming.) In X December 1st of 2020, after the purchase of the regional center, LCR Capital Partners renamed the entity the LCR Pacific Regional Center (LCR PRC).

The LCR PRC plan is to expand its investment projects beyond hotels to include a variety of commercial real estate opportunities.

Project Selection Due Diligence

EB-5 Regional Centers are organizations authorized by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to receive and manage EB-5 investor funds directed at promoting economic development and job creation within a specific geographic area. Many regional centers work with related companies, EB-5 fund managers, that handle the project due diligence, financial monitoring, investor acquisition and investor relations. In these cases, the Regional Center focuses on ensuring compliance with EB-5 program regulations and record keeping.
