Tracy is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial management, financial reporting, and program management. In her role as Senior Director of Finance and Operations, she is responsible for the accounting team and ensuring LCR maintains appropriate records for investor relations and governmental reporting.

Prior to joining LCR, Tracy worked at Accenture Inc. for 15 years supporting major US and Canadian clients in various capacities. Her most recent role was Commercial Operations Lead where she worked with Sherman Baldwin, LCR’s CEO.

She is passionate about her work in ensuring that a company’s internal operations run smoothly, and connecting with different stakeholder groups to facilitate communication. Tracy started her career at KPMG Toronto working as an auditor and obtained her CPA (Delaware) and CA designations. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University. She currently resides in Vancouver and enjoys hiking and taking the family on ski trips to explore the local mountains.
