Mike Elmasry

Mike Elmasry is the Chief Commercial Officer at LCR Capital Partners, based in Westport, Connecticut. Mike is responsible for the Commercial Team globally and works with them to develop a trust-based approach to introducing global options to high-net-worth families that are considering the US or Europe as places to live, work and develop.

For over three decades, Mike has built and led high-performance sales teams, focusing on technology and the financing packages that clients use to obtain their global solutions.

Prior to joining LCR, Mike was at IBM for 17 years managing both US and global teams.

Having lived in Guatemala, Belgium and Italy, he has a global mindset and speaks English and Spanish, as well as conversational French and basic Italian. The son of a first-generation Egyptian-American, Mike has also seen firsthand how moving to the US has provided opportunities to his whole family across multiple generations to flourish.

Five years prior to joining IBM, he was a Director in the Marketing and Leasing Programs at Pitney Bowes. He started his career at Xerox as a field sales representative with client relationships. He later progressed into key and major accounts to then running national programs in corporate strategy and market development over the following 18 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and International Management from Georgetown University, and an MBA in Marketing and International Management from the George Washington University School of Business.
