Chaitrali Karve is the Senior Director, North America at LCR Capital Partners. Chai is based in Orlando, Florida and is responsible for leading business development and capital-raising efforts in select parts of India & the GCC countries, as well as with the Indian diaspora in the US & Canadian markets.
Chai comes to LCR Capital Partners with over a decade of experience working in the EB-5 industry, building and developing EB-5 markets in Asia and the Americas. She has extensive experience building client relationships and strategic partnerships overseas and in the United States. Before joining LCR Capital Partners, she was the director of global business development for Golden Gate Global, where she helped high-net-worth Indian investors through the EB-5 process, including connecting them with trustworthy business advisors, banks, and accounting firms.
Prior to working in the EB-5 industry, Chai worked in the real estate industry for 25 years. She has extensive experience in land acquisition and development, project financing, commercial and residential sales, and commercial leasing. As a real estate broker, Chai developed sales teams and mentored real estate agents.
Chai’s core strengths are raising capital in international markets, relationship management, customer service, financial analysis, evaluation of business opportunities, and raising private equity for large real estate projects.
Chai holds a BS in management information systems from the University of Pune and an MS in hotel and institution management, with a specialization in institutional financing, from Iowa State University.
