Mr. Rajan is the Chief Executive Officer of LCR Capital Partners.
Prior to launching LCR, Suresh served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Java Nova LLC, a private equity funded franchisee of Dunkin Donuts. An experienced QSR operator, Suresh’s focus was on real estate selection, market development, finance and human resources.
Suresh previously spearheaded the efforts of SPD Ventures in the development of Quiznos Sub franchises in New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Suresh evaluated trade area development opportunities in those states and negotiated the development contracts with Quiznos Sub corporate. Suresh managed the stem to stern development of SPD Ventures’ Quiznos Sub efforts and in doing so established numerous national sales and development records for that brand.
Before entering the QSR sector, Suresh had an extensive career in management consulting and politics. As a McKinsey & Company consultant, Suresh worked primarily in the areas of strategy development, principal investing/mergers and acquisitions, warehousing & distribution and e-commerce. Suresh served a variety of clients that were leaders in the media, telecom, pulp & paper, petroleum and optical industries. He was the first Executive Director of Washington, D.C. – based John Quincy Adams Society and served as a policy advisor for several members of Congress. Suresh served as a negotiator on several international trade agreements (including GATT and NAFTA), recruited candidates to run for political office and assisted in the development of their congressional campaigns, and helped develop legislation affecting the banking, telecom, and healthcare industries.
He received a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Master in Business Administration in General Management from Harvard Business School.
CEO & Founder
Mr. Haggenmiller is the President and Chief Operating Officer for the firm.
Before joining LCR in 2015, Mr. Haggenmiller was Co-Founding Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Presagium BVI Ltd. Presagium was a hedge fund investing in multiple asset classes using mathematical algorithms on a systematic basis. Besides co-managing the investment strategy, he was responsible for the business, marketing and legal operations of the firm. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer for the fund. Through these experiences, he has gained significant knowledge regarding the legal, structural, regulatory and operational management of fund investing.
Before Presagium BVI Ltd, he was Co-Managing Member of Presagium Ltd, a proprietary trading company that preceded the hedge fund.
From 1997 through 2009, Mr. Haggenmiller was a senior trader at Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank. He traded cash, derivatives and structured products across multiple asset classes, and managed a proprietary trading portfolio. Besides his duties in trading, Mr. Haggenmiller managed various parts of the recruiting and professional investment training efforts at both firms.
Mr. Haggenmiller started his career in Investment Banking at Dain Rauscher, in Minneapolis. He sits on multiple boards in the investment industry and non-profit sector.
He has an MBA from Harvard University, and a BA with honors from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also attended the London School of Economics as part of their General Course Program. Mr. Haggenmiller has personal ties to issues of immigration having adopted three children from South Korea.
Sherman Baldwin is the Co-President of LCR Capital Partners. In this role, Sherman will be responsible for the P&L of LCR’s core business and devising groundbreaking growth strategies across the company.
Prior to joining LCR Capital Partners, Mr. Baldwin was a Managing Director at Accenture, serving as the Global Client Executive and P&L owner for one of the firm’s largest and most strategic clients. He was responsible for all go to market and traditional client service activities across the client enterprise. In this role he led Accenture’s efforts to transform one of the world’s largest conglomerates into a leading “digital industrial” company.
Previously, he led the Management Consulting practice for CMT North America’s Atlantic Region, and prior to that he was the Global Managing Director for Accenture’s Aerospace & Defense business. Previously, Sherman was the Vice President of Strategy & Development for Pratt & Whitney, the aircraft engine division of United Technologies Corporation, a $40B Dow 30 Company. He has also worked as a Vice President and Managing Director focused on the aerospace & defense and information technology portfolio companies of J.F. Lehman & Company, a private equity partnership focused on mid-market leveraged buy outs. He started his business career at McKinsey & Company where he was an Engagement Manager developing growth strategies for companies in the aerospace & defense, computer and telecommunications industries.
Mr. Baldwin’s experience comprises over 20 years of P&L leadership, strategy and transformation work for Fortune 500 corporations, private equity firms and the Pentagon. From 1987 to 1995, he served in the U.S. Navy as a carrier pilot, a strategic planner for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and a Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University, a Masters degree in Telecommunications from George Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
He is also a Lecturer on Innovation & Leadership at Yale. Mr. Baldwin is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Council on Germany He has written award winning articles on leadership and national security and is the author of Ironclaw, a book about his combat experience as a carrier pilot during the first Persian Gulf War and also Growing Up with Harry, a book about family values and the life lessons learned from his father.
Mr. Caceres is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of LCR Capital Partners and leads the firm’s global EB-5 capital raising activities via LCR’s direct presence in Miami, São Paulo, Mumbai, Cape Town and Dubai as well by developing strategic distribution relationships with local partners in key emerging EB-5 markets.
Over the last fifteen years, Rogelio built four different companies from inception into multi-million dollar businesses by targeting sophisticated domestic and international C-suite executives and HNW and UHNW investors. Two of these companies (Docurated and FSG) are successful, venture-backed companies today, the third, Corporate Executive Board [NYSE: CEB] was purchased by Gartner for $2.6 billion and his fourth (and last) is LCR Capital.
Prior to co-founding LCR, Rogelio helped launch Docurated, a sales enablement-focused, enterprise software company based in New York City, as Chief Commercial Officer. From 2007 to 2012, Rogelio was a founding executive at Frontier Strategy Group [FSG], the leading software and information services business serving MNC executives who have responsibility for emerging market economies. information and advisory services firm for emerging market MNC executives. Rogelio helped grow the business from an early-stage, pre-revenue start-up to a global company that serves nearly half the Fortune 500 across a range of international markets and business functions.
Prior to starting FSG, Rogelio worked as a Director at the Corporate Executive Board, where he helped lead its Finance practice from 2002 to 2006 and launched their top-performing Controller and Shared Services programs for C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
Earlier in his career, Rogelio was an Investment Officer at Emerging Markets Partnership, a $5 billion private equity firm primarily focused on the infrastructure sector, as well as a Financial Analyst at Wasserstein, Perella & Co., where he focused on M&A transaction advisory work in the U.S. and in Latin America.
Rogelio graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering and received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School where he was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow. Rogelio resides in Key Biscayne, FL with his wife, Tori and their three little girls: Luca [age 8], Mila [age 6] and Kaila [age 3].

Mr. Schweitzer is the Chief Financial Officer of LCR Capital Partners.
Prior to joining LCR, Scott launched Fox Point Capital Management, a Julian Robertson-seeded long-short global equity hedge fund in 2006, with peak assets of over $1.5 billon. During that time he was responsible for all non-investment related activities including financing, trading, operations, technology, risk, human resources, legal, compliance, fund administration, and management company affairs.
Prior to Fox Point, Scott worked in the Prime Brokerage Division at Deutsche Bank where he facilitated short sales for top-tier hedge funds to implement arbitrage, hedging, and directional strategies.
Scott began his career in the United States Air Force at the Space & Missile Systems Center. He first served as Chief of Algorithm Development for Space-Based Infrared System, then as Manager of Next-Generation Decryption Devices for Global Positioning System. In between assignments, he was designated as a Diplomatic Liaison Officer to the Saudi Arabian Royal Air Force in Riyadh prior to Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Scott graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Mathematics and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sweeney is a Co-Founder and Partner at LCR Capital. Mr. Sweeney is the Chief Executive Officer of LCR Franchise Finance.
Mr. Sweeney had been in multiple senior level director positions at Praxair, Inc. for 31 years. Most recently, he was responsible for government and public relations in North America on the investment side of global industrial gas, coatings service technologies, distribution, and electronics businesses. Prior to this position, he held leadership roles in global sales, operations, procurement and management of several of Praxair’s businesses, along with development of new technologies within Praxair’s research and development organization.
He is a recipient of the American Chemical Society’s Award of Merit in Chemical Marketing and Economics for his advancement of the chemical industry. He was the keynote speaker in 2006 for the ACS on the global impact of ethanol and CO2 proliferation. He has been a presenter at the Institute for Professionals in Taxation on incentive and site location strategies, and at the Carbon Leadership Summit at Brown University. He is a Six Sigma Trained Black Belt and has served on multiple Boards over the years including his role as Director of the California Manufacturer’s & Technology Association and his service on the Wyoming Carbon Conversion Council, the LCA Education Committee, the Oklahoma Partnership, and many others.
Mr. Sweeney earned a BA in Chemistry from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from the Williams School of Business at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also attended the Columbia School of Business Executive Program in leadership and strategy. He resides in Connecticut with his wife Michele and their two children.
CEO, LCR Franchise Finance
Matt Virkstis serves as General Counsel to LCR Capital Partners. Matt assists the firm in legal and compliance matters, as well as governmental affairs.
Prior to joining LCR, Matt was associated with the Pine State Regional Center, a subsidiary of the Arkansas Capital Corporation, where he served as Director of Government Affairs. Matt also previously worked for the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, advising clients on EB-5 and immigration policy issues.
From 2005 to 2014, Matt served as Senior Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee for former Committee Chairman Senator Patrick Leahy, where he handled a broad portfolio of policy and oversight issues, including immigration policy and the EB-5 program. During his tenure with the Senate Judiciary Committee, Matt was responsible for oversight of the Department of Homeland Security and its sub-agencies. Matt played a key role in the enactment into law of several significant pieces of legislation championed by Senator Leahy, including all reauthorizations of the EB-5 program between 2006 and 2012. Matt’s government service gives him a keen perspective on the political and policy issues that are central to the EB-5 program.
Matt attended the University of Vermont, where he earned a BA with honors. He received his JD, cum laude from Vermont Law School. Matt is based in Washington D.C., where he lives with his wife Katherine and their two sons.
General Counsel & Head of Compliance
Ms. Kaegi is the Managing Director of Investor Relations for LCR Capital Partners and the founder and principal of Kaegi Resources, a Nashville-based fundraising firm. She has more than 26 years of fundraising experience in the political, corporate and not-for-profit arenas.
Kim moved to Tennessee in 1993 to serve as finance director for Fred Thompson’s 1994 U.S. Senate campaign and currently serves as a fundraising consultant for Governor Bill Haslam and Senators Bob Corker [R-TN] and Lamar Alexander [R-TN].
A native of Kansas, Kim previously worked in Washington, DC as deputy director of finance at the National Republican Congressional Committee. Kim has had national experience leading fundraising efforts on campaigns from California to New York.
Kim’s non-political work in Tennessee includes various economic development initiatives, and the suite and club seat sales for the TENNFL campaign, which brought the Houston Oilers to Tennessee.
Kim graduated from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Kim has been recognized in Business tn’s forty under forty and has been recognized in the NashvillePost’s In Charge list of Tennessee’s business, political and civic power brokers for 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Mr. Sharpe is a Managing Director at LCR Capital Partners and is responsible for establishing and building EB-5 capital partnerships and channels throughout the world.
Prior to joining LCR, Marc was a Managing Director for a boutique investment advisory firm providing alternative asset strategies to ultra-high net worth families and registered investment advisors. Marc led the firm’s private equity business, sourcing unique private equity opportunities, raising capital, and building out the firm’s alternative investment infrastructure.
Mr. Sharpe’s career in the investment and asset management industry spans over 20 years of experience. He started as an Investment Banker for Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. in New York. From there he joined LJH Global Investments, Inc., in Naples, FL, and built an investment capability focused on asset allocation and manager due diligence for a number of successful private equity and hedge funds. In 1999, he moved to the UK and founded a venture capital incubator for The Protégé Group, where he successfully funded and launched four technology-related businesses. This experience led him to pursue greater operational experience, and upon returning to the USA, he joined Dell Inc. in Austin, TX, where he launched the firm’s digital entertainment strategy and rolled out the Dell kiosk program in over 200 malls throughout the country.
A desire to take his operational experience back into the investment business, led Marc to join Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division in Houston, TX. From there, he moved to the ‘buy-side’ and took a position as Portfolio Manager & Research Director for Galapagos Partners, L.P., a full-service multi-family office serving a select group of ultra-high net worth families. After successfully growing the firm, and surviving the 2008 market crash with a positive net return, Marc was offered the opportunity to join SigmaBleyzer Investment Group, an international private equity firm specializing in control investments, with assets valued at $1 billion, where he helped develop a private equity business focused on a range of industries including Packaging, Business Services, Industrial Manufacturing, and Consumer Products.
Marc was born in London, England, and moved to the U.S. in the early nineties. He holds an MA from Cambridge University, an M.Sc. from Oxford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School (where he was a Fulbright Scholar). On his path to U.S. citizenship, Marc has held numerous U.S. visas, including H-1B, J-1, O-1, Green Card and now a U.S. Passport.
Mr. Hawker is a Managing Director and is responsible for leading business development, new ventures, channel/HNI management and capital raising activities globally, as well as investor relations. He also supports the firms overall governance internationally.
Prior to joining LCR, Carlos served as an Executive Director of HSBC’s Commercial Bank in Latin America being a member of several executive committees. At HSBC Carlos was responsible for advising the Commercial Bank’s leadership in Brazil and broader Latin America on regulatory, compliance and risk related matters as well as implementing the governance and operational framework necessary for assuring corporate clients were selected and exited efficiently from a commercial, strategic, credit, sustainability, reputational and risk perspective.
Previously Carlos was a senior member of BlackRock´s Americas Corporate Operations team leading regulatory initiatives within Latin America and Iberia. Carlos was responsible for aligning the compliance, risk, operational, strategy and governance models to industry standards and regulatory needs as well as supporting key global regulatory, operations, technology and infrastructure initiatives.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Carlos served as an Associate Director at World Monitors Inc. in New York (affiliated to Wiggin and Dana LLP), providing advice for financial institutions and corporations in risk prevention strategies and responsible business practices. In this role he was also involved in the development and maintenance of corporate governance and conflict prevention programs for US and Latin America based companies.
Additionally, Carlos was the Executive Manager of the International Department of BGC Liquidez brokerage in Latin America (BGC Partners) and managed sales trading and operations focused on Brazil, US and European markets with additional responsibility for business development, strategic partnerships and acquisitions focused on expanding the brokerage business’s footprint internationally.
In addition to Carlos’s background in financial services, Carlos also possesses several years of private law firm experience both as Senior Of Counsel and Partner focusing on corporate, securities law and human rights and is on the advisory board of Osklen’s E Institute (affiliated to UNESCO/WWF) giving advice on human sustainable development through increasing awareness of matters involving earth, environment, economics, energy, education and empowerment leveraging the apparel industry.
Carlos holds law degrees from both UCAM (LL.B, Post Graduate and Masters in Corporate and Tax law) and Fordham University School of Law in New York from which he graduated with a Masters’ degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance. He also holds a Certificate in Negotiation and Leadership for Senior Executives from Harvard Law School. Mr. Hawker is a member of Fordham Law School’s Dean’s planning Council and Advisory Board in Compliance and also a board member of the British American Business Council in Miami.
Mr. Higuchi is a Managing Director at LCR Capital Partners and is responsible for establishing and building EB-5 capital partnerships and channels in the Brazilian and Asian markets.
Prior to joining LCR, Carlos was a Managing Director at Rio Bravo Investimentos, a leading $3.5 billion Brazilian investment management firm where he led capital raising activities for the firm’s infrastructure & energy fund. Before Rio Bravo, he was Co-Head of Investment Banking for Brazil for Mizuho Securities in New York.
Mr. Higuchi’s career in both investment banking and asset management spans nearly 30 years of experience. His career started in debt capital markets and derivatives for Merrill Lynch & Co. in Tokyo, New York and London in the 90’s. Carlos then moved to Nomura Securities as Director for debt capital markets for the U.S. and Latin America where in 1995 he was responsible for the first international financing for the Republic of Brazil after the country’s long absence in the international markets.
In asset management, Carlos worked for Invesco Asset Management as a Managing Director in Tokyo and as a member of Asia Pacific Management Committee in Hong Kong where he was responsible for Invesco’s Alternative Investment products. He led the effort and raised over $2.0 billion of AUM at INVESCO Japan in the areas of leverage loans, private equity and US real estate funds. After Invesco, he was one of the key principals of founding Nomura Healthcare Co., ltd where he spearheaded the concept of securitization of healthcare real estate assets within Japan.
Carlos was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is of Japanese descent and grew up in the U.S. His international work and life experience span the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. He holds a BA of Economics from University of California Los Angeles and attended Sophia University in Tokyo in the summer of 1981. He speaks fluent Japanese, Portuguese and has working knowledge of Spanish.
Mr. Goel is a Managing Director at LCR Capital Partners. Dinesh is entrusted with growing and nurturing existing distribution channels, increasing the share of business with leading partners, providing sales support for prospective clients as well leading LCR’s marketing communications efforts across the India, South East Asia and Middle East region.
Dinesh is a second-generation entrepreneur with current interests in finance, real estate, textiles, and education industries. He has launched and exited two start ups, one in the Food & Beverage industry and the other in the new media technology & crowdsourcing.
He has worked with Toyota, Danone, Tata Group, Bharti Enterprises, Ricoh, Axis Bank, Kaizer Permanente and others in North America, Asia & Africa advising them on customer service, process re-engineering and market intelligence.
Dinesh was named by Businessweek Asia in the “Top 20 Upcoming Young Entrepreneurs of Asia under the age of 25 for 2006.” He also sits on the Board of Mentors at YourNest Angel Fund, Board of Directors at ILS Wealth and is a Trustee of the Sarvodaya Charity Trust.

India, Southeast Asia & Middle East
Mr. Obolewicz is the Chief Operating Officer for LCR Franchise Finance. He is responsible for direct capital deployment to franchisee operators and daily operations within LCR Franchise Finance. His focus is on providing senior debt to brand name, mainstream franchise operations while developing strategic partners in the franchise finance industry.
Prior to joining LCR, Robert was a Managing Director at GE Capital within the Bank Loan Group. His experience at GE Capital covered leverage loan originations, underwriting, loan portfolio management, and six sigma quality. Within the Bank Loan Group, he was the primary buy side coverage & relationship manager for GE Capital’s Tier 1 & Tier II agent banks. Responsibilities focused on partnering with syndication agent banks to grow assets under management and leverage loan underwriting. Robert maintains a high level of credit, capital markets, and work-out experience from actively managing a portfolio of leveraged loans and direct underwriting. His expertise in loan underwriting and originations drove significant on book leverage loan commitments and distressed debt investments. Prior to GE Capital, Robert worked for Asea Brown Boveri in their Financial Planning & Analysis group.
Robert received his MBA from Fairfield University in Finance and a BS in Finance and Economics from Fairfield University as well. Robert resides in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
Chief Operating Officer, LCR Franchise Finance
Ilka Komatsu is the Director of Client Relations at LCR Capital Partners and is based in California. She is responsible for providing world-class service and sales support for clients and managing the operations of LCR’s Brazil office.
Prior to joining LCR, Ilka spent 3 years at Rio Bravo Investimentos, a leading $3.5 billion Brazilian investment management firm where she was a Senior Analyst for the Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds. Before Rio Bravo, Ilka worked in trading of commodities at Itochu Corporation in Brazil, a Japanese trading company.
Ilka lived in San Francisco (CA) for five years, where she worked in Private Client Services for Union Bank of California, Robertson Stephens and Bear Stearns.
Ilka earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and attended the Corporate Finance Extension Program at UC Berkeley.
Bruna Canto is the Director for LCR Capital Partners EB-5 Business in Brazil and is based out of Sao Paulo. She is responsible for leading the sales and marketing operations for the region as well as providing operational support.
Prior to joining LCR, Bruna lived 23 years in the US, where she worked more than 12 years in Wealth Management for Banks and Broker Dealers. Most recently, Bruna spent five years at JPMorgan Private Bank and served as Vice President managing accounts of High Net Worth individuals from Latin America.
Previously, Bruna worked at HSBC Private Bank in Miami where she was responsible for managing investment accounts for Brazilian investors.
Prior to HSBC, Bruna held Client Service and Operational positions at JPMorgan in Miami and BBVA Bancomer Securities in Houston.
Bruna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and minor in Spanish from the University of Houston. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses, Florida Real Estate Associate License and the ANBIMA CPA-20 License in Brazil.
Ana Elisa Bezerra is the Vice President of Brazil at LCR Capital Partners and she based in the São Paulo, Brazil office. She supports the operations of sales and marketing by providing world-class services to clients.
Prior to joining LCR, Ana has worked as a Manager in customer facing environments in Ireland for 7 years. There, she focused on both account management and building and maintaining business relationships with high standards for customer service. Prior to that, she worked at the Japanese trading company Itochu Brasil S.A. and Banco do Brasil, in São Paulo.
Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in International Trading, from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has a Master of Arts in Development Studies from University College Dublin (UCD).
On her free time she engages with volunteer causes related to education.
Ana Elisa Bezerra
Aliya Shakir Shaik holds an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University, CT and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University (Hyderabad), India.
Upon completion of her undergraduate work, Aliya worked at Cognizant as Programmer Analyst. After two years of working in that capacity, Aliya decided to pursue Masters in the United States.
During her final spring semester at Fairfield University, she joined LCR Capital as an intern. Through her hard work and dedication, she is now the Head of Client Services, India of LCR Capital.

Mr. Sumra is a Senior Associate at LCR Capital Partners and is based at the firm’s headquarters in Westport, CT. He is responsible for providing overall support to the LCR management team with preparation for client and partner meeting as well as supporting the firm’s I-924 application efforts to establish additional Regional Centers across the United States.
Sohail graduated from Fairfield University in June 2015 and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies with a Minor in Economics and a focus in Asian Studies. While at Fairfield, in addition to being involved in multiple student clubs and organizations, Sohail was also a Senior Resident Assistant responsible for supervising and coordinating other RA staff and advising the Residential Community Council. He spent his spring semester, junior year studying Mandarin, Economics, Politics, and History in Shanghai at East China Normal University (华东师范大学).
Mr. Rogers is the Chief Operating Officer of MSD Capital, the New York-based investment vehicle owned and controlled by Michael Dell and his family. Prior to joining MSD, Mr. Rogers served as the Chief Financial Officer of LCR Capital Partners. Among other responsibilities he was tasked with developing LCR’s Fund of Funds strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of LCR’s overseas funds.
From 2004 to 2013, he served as the President of the hedge fund Severn River Capital. He co-managed a $450M long/short equity/distressed debt portfolio and also interfaced with investors, service providers, lawyers, media, and hundreds of management teams. In his role, he ran the business of the hedge fund while also researching and trading investment securities.
Prior to launching Severn, he worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company where he worked with several fortune 500 companies to increase financial performance, establish long-term growth strategies, and implement brand architectures that best support growth goals.
From 1990-2000, Brendan served in the United States Navy as a member of its SEAL Teams. During his military service, he served at three different SEAL Commands, including an elite special mission unit. Prior to joining Terminix, Bill served as vice president of Otis’ $4.2 billion global field operations, with 30,000 employees around the world, including the emerging markets of China, India, Brazil and Russia. Prior to Otis, Bill spent five years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading a number of initiatives for a broad array of Fortune 100 companies, building extensive experience in strategy, operations, human resources, commercial growth and sales and marketing. He began his career in engineering at The Boeing Company in Seattle.

Stan was a founding partner of Cheslock, Bakker & Associates, Inc. (“CBA”), which created the first newly originated CMBS securitization, which became the model for CMBS conduits during the 90’s. CBA also developed the first securitization of Section 42 Housing Loans.
Prior to founding CBA, Stan’s experiences include a variety of principal mortgage finance and trading roles. With more than forty years of investment experience, Stan is widely known for his expertise in combining fundamental knowledge of real estate valuation with sophisticated use of the complex financial techniques required in the modern real estate marketplace. During his career, Stan has created and managed mortgage-backed securities trading, sales and banking departments at major Wall Street firms, including Greenwich Capital Markets, a primary U.S. Government Treasury dealer and asset-backed securities investment banking firm; USGI Capital Markets, the largest servicer of FHA project loans in the United States; First PennCo Securities, a subsidiary of First Pennsylvania Bank; and Loeb Rhoads, a private merchant bank.
Stan is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Franklin & Marshall College, from which he graduated in 1967. He is also served as Chairman of the Public Securities Association (mortgage-backed securities division), past President of the GNMA Dealers Association, a former Board Member of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association, former Board Member of the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation, and a Former Board Member of the Navy Seal Warrior Fund.

Lynette is considered an industry expert in franchising. She is a frequent guest speaker at industry events and in 2011 was awarded the Bonnie LeVine Award by the International Franchise Association (IFA) given to the outstanding female in the franchise industry. Other industry awards include the IFA Crystal Compass, the Women’s Foodservice Forum Emerging Leader Award, a finalist in the National Stevie Awards for outstanding women in business, and the Griffin Report’s Woman of Influence in the Food Service Industry.
