SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)

A US government agency that evaluates rules controlling option exchanges, stock, the securities sector, and other organizations and relative activities. EB-5 is affected in a plethora of ways by securities rules. The method EB-5 investments are marketed & sold, providing the period a regional area or money must sign up with the SEC or equivalent state organization, and disclosures created during the offering procedure.
