Naturalization

The process of taking another nation’s citizenship other than your country of origination. To become a US citizen, an individual will have to pass through the naturalization process. After securing an initial green card, an applicant with the EB-5 visa is considered for naturalization. Completing the naturalization procedure requires an applicant to pass a US civics test, pass English language requirements, satisfy physical availability needs, establish proper moral conduct, undergo biometric services, and submit for an N-400 form. The naturalization process involves a permanent resident individual completing the ceremony, test, interview before becoming a bona fide US citizen.
