This is a branch of USCIS that manages the oversight of the regional center’s EB5 investments, manages and prepares Requests for Evidence (RFEs) that are sent to the EB-5 petitioners, and handles the denials and approvals of petitions. The IRCU is currently referred to as the USCIS Foreign Trader, Investor, and Regional Center Program (FTIRCP).
