Through the cooperation of several state agencies, economists help in getting TEA designations as well. Economist is the professional name assigned to an individual who is highly skilled in the examination of the correlation between production and a society’s resources. In order to setup a Regional Center, an economist is necessary regarding the EB-5 program. They can analyze and organization’s flow of funds, projections for employment generation and other similar metrics to enterprises seeking Regional Center designation.
