Direct investment

When an individual or corporation invests into a business by expanding or purchasing the business it is known as a direct investment. In terms of the EB-5, direct investment is one of two options for investments to applicants; an investment in a regional center is the other. Other than the mandatory creation of jobs, the processes involved in regional center investment and direct investment are a mirror of each other. Also, daily management of the enterprise is a requirement for an EB-5 petitioner. However, investors in regional centers are allowed to execute more inactive roles.
