LCR Capital and Immigration Attorney, Karen-Lee Pollak, will be discussing various ways of gaining permanent residency in the US, including the investor visa (EB-5). We take a look at LCR’s latest EB-5 project and why this meets investors most important criteria. We will be joined by Antony Joffe from Sterling Trustees to discuss the importance of setting up a US trust before before you become a US tax resident. This promises to be an informative webinar for anyone considering permanent residency in the US.

Despite the current anti-immigration climate in the US, the country remains a magnet for immigrants. There is no shortage of reasons why business owners, families, entrepreneurs and retirees all seek permanent residency in the US. Despite Trump’s recent executive order barring some immigration into the US, there are still a limited number of ways in which one can legally become a permanent resident in the US. One of those options is the investor visa (EB-5) which was specifically excluded from the executive order. Please join us as we discuss:

The impact of Trump’s order barring immigration into the US
The EB-5 investor visa. What are the requirements, timelines, costs and benefits?
Investing in your own business or someone else’s business in order to transfer to the US
What to look for in a good EB-5 investment
LCR’s latest EB-5 project, the Pro Football Hall of Fame

This is a private event that will be held over video conferencing software.  Details for joining the event will be sent with registration confirmation and with reminders the day of the event.
