LCR’s primary client base comes from global high net worth investors, primarily from India, Brazil, the Middle East, South Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Open Position: Vice President, Latin America
Location: Miami, FL Office

The Opportunity:

The VP, Latin America will join a rapidly expanding global commercial team and will working closely with LCR’s global and regional leadership. The role is primarily comprised of prospect, client and partner-facing activities and thus, LCR is seeking an extremely well organized, confident, hard-working and entrepreneurial sales executive to join the team.

Are you the one?

  • Have you spent at least 5 years in a client and/or partner facing environment, preferably in a financial services firm?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills in English, Spanish (verbal and written) and ideally Portuguese?
  • Are you confident in meeting people, discussing what you do and are you able to navigate through networks?
  • Are you trained in Value-Selling Framework or other value based selling methodologies?
  • Do you have access to prestigious networks (alumni/clubs/associations)?
  • Are you happy to travel outside of your base location for up to 10 working days a month?


  • Base Salary: USD $70K to $90K annually, based entirely on the candidate’s background and experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Based on meeting, exceeding, or not exceeding quarterly expectations:
  • Exceeds Expectations = 60% of Annual Salary, payable each quarter
  • Meets Expectations = 40% of Annual Salary, payable each quarter
  • Below Expectations = 0 to 20% of Annual Salary, payable each quarter
  • Annual Performance Bonus Based on individual and firm-wide performance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
The firm sources prospective HNW investors via its global and regional network of distribution partners, via client and
advisor referrals and via it proprietary online lead generation efforts. The successful candidate for this position will
have a proven track record of raising capital and interfacing with HNW investors and ideally will have contacts and
relationships with family offices, wealth management firms and other reliable sources of prospective, qualified high net
worth individuals.

  • Conduct 1×1 meetings with qualified HNW investors, answer questions and handle objections and close new
    EB-5 investor.
  • Engaging and serving the needs of existing channel partners and advising their clients on LCR’s EB-5 offerings
  • Advising prospective clients generated from the firm’s online marketing efforts
  • Identify, activate and nurture new channel partners, primarily in Mexico and Colombia, who can reliably and efficiently source qualified new prospective investors for LCR to engage with
  • Understand and track your prospective client pipeline so as to efficiently manage your time and prioritize opportunities
  • Create and manage HNI-focused investor events including partnering with firm’s existing alliance partners in educational consulting and wealth management industries and attend on the firm’s behalf

Key Competencies:

    • Established track record in client-facing positions, preferably in sales and/or business development environment
    • The ideal candidate will have an established track record in transactional, HNI and/or C-level advisory or wealth management sales. An in-depth understanding of the financial and investment markets and the ability to establish new relationships
    • Self-managed, highly driven by relationship management and objective based compensation
    • Proven intellectual ability and interpersonal skills. Able to establish credibility and influence with institutional and individual investor communities.
    • Highly effective in forging working relationships with team members and business counterparts. Ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver high levels of performance.
    • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle peak workloads, multiple assignments and produce results
