Founded in 2012 by first-generation U.S. immigrants who met at Harvard Business School in the mid 1990’s, LCR Capital Partners is a partner- owned investment firm that deploys EB-5 investments typically as 5-year loans, into premier hospitality brands and iconic U.S. real estate projects in Miami, New York City and Dallas.
LCR currently serves over 600 High Net-Worth Investors (HNIs) clients from 30+ countries around the world through its six global offices. The firm helps its investor clients and their families secure U.S. green cards and permanent residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor visa program. LCR’s primary client base comes from global high net worth investors, primarily from India, Brazil, the Middle East, South Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
The Managing Director, Latin America will be joining the firm’s rapidly expanding global commercial team and will be working closely with LCR’s Global and Regional leadership.
LCR Capital Partners advises HNIs on U.S. investment opportunities, most of our investors are sourced via LCR’s channel partners and online lead generation efforts. The successful candidate for this position will ideally have existing contacts and relationships with family offices, high net worth individuals, and/or other institutional investors, with a proven track record of raising capital and interfacing with investors. We are seeking an extremely well organized, self-starter who can
identify and pursue investor and channel opportunities.
The Managing Director, Latin America is expected to lead LCR’s commercial efforts across the following key responsibilities:

Subject matter training:
We understand that you may not be fully aware about EB-5 investments. You will learn on-the-job as you work with LCR’s team in Brazil and globally. We expect you to be committed to the business and be highly coachable and eager to learn. LCR is growing rapidly and there is great growth potential to sales leadership positions within LCR for the right individual.
– Base Salary: USD $100K Annually
– Quarterly Performance Bonus (based on meeting (exceeding/or not exceeding) quarterly expectations:
