LCR Capital Partners Offers Services for Grenada Citizenship and E-2 Investor Visa

LCR is offering two new investment products: 1) a government-sponsored luxury real estate investment that leads to Grenada Citizenship by Investment and 2) support for investors looking to gain quick US residency through the EB-2 investor visa program.

The Grenada program is targeted at investors who want to gain a second passport; families can gain citizenship in the Caribbean nation of Grenada for a $220,000 investment in a government-approved project. The EB-2 investor visa is aimed at entrepreneurs who wish to develop and manage their business (whether a startup or a purchased business or franchise) in the United States.

The EB-2 visa does not come with permanent residency, but it requires less investment than an EB-5 visa and can be renewed repeatedly.

EB-5 Program Update:

The EB-5 Program has lapsed. The US Congress is discussing the legislation that authorizes the program while USCIS reviews the regulations and policies for filing. Because of the recent court ruling that reversed the 2019 Modernization regulations, the investment level has shifted temporarily from $900,000 back to $500,000.

If the program is reauthorized before the regulations are updated, there may be another window of opportunity to file at $500,000.

LCR expects the program to be reauthorized in February 2022, and continues to work with international families that want to explore alternative residency options.
