We successfully closed the raise for the TEA project Thompson Palm Springs Hotel, saw the expedited approval for our rural project US Strategic Metals in Missouri, and started the raise for the TEA project for the AC by Marriott & Element by Westin Hotel in Las Vegas. We continue to add new and exciting projects each quarter this year. The landscape of immigration and investment continues to evolve, and we are committed to staying at the forefront—ensuring that our clients receive the best insights, guidance, and support.
Looking ahead, 2025 holds great promise. We started the year returning capital to a considerable number of clients and continue to receive approval notices for conditional and permanent green cards for clients at different points along their EB5 journey.
