A Year of Momentum — and an Even Bigger Year Ahead for LCR
As we close out a strong year with positive momentum at LCR Capital Partners, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we achieved together and why 2026 will be one of the most important years in our firm’s history.
In 2025,our top two offerings, US Strategic Metals (USSM) and the AC by Marriott Element by Westin Hotel in Las Vegas, were met with extraordinary demand in the market, becoming oversubscribed in record time. We also saw the fastest processing in LCR’s history, with individual investor approvals in USSM received in just over 3 months, a milestone that reinforces the value of our focus on projects in the US national interest that are high quality and supported by excellent execution. We successfully launched All Points North (APN), a rural national interest EB-5 project in the health sector
Another meaningful milestone was supporting our first US-based investors using IRA funds to secure approvals, a powerful indicator of how the EB-5 market is evolving and the broader population we now serve.
In parallel, we invested in strengthening our presence and client experience. We redesigned LCR’s corporate website, ensuring it is mobile-first, more intuitive and better aligned with how our prospects research, evaluate, and engage with EB-5 opportunities. We alsolaunched “EB-5 in a Minute,” a new video series created in partnership with some of the most experienced EB-5 attorneys in the industry. These quick-hit explainers make complex topics simple, clear, and accessible — and they demonstrate our commitment to transparency and education.
Looking ahead, 2026 will be pivotal for the entire EB-5 landscape. The RIA grandfathering provision currently expires in September 2026, creating a natural inflection point for demand and momentum. We are starting the year off with our new Convergence project which is a high-quality office tower and mixed-use building in Oklahoma City, one of the fastest growing cities and strongest office markets in the US. In the coming weeks, we will be introducing a second USSM raise to expand the production capacity of the business along with new EB-5 High Unemployment Area and EB-5 rural projects, structured with the same rigorous due diligence and investor-first discipline that have defined LCR for the past decade.
Our mission remains unchanged: Protecting Legacies….One Family at a Time. We do this by providing transparent, well-structured opportunities for families seeking US residency through the EB-5 Investor Visa Program and support them throughout the journey.
We enter the new year with a continued focus on what makes our firm truly distinctive, our Client First mindset and the strength of our relationships. We look forward to deepening our partnerships with clients, partners, immigration attorneys, wealth advisors, and developers, ensuring LCR continues to lead from the front in the EB-5 industry.
We are grateful to everyone who has trusted us this year and look forward to continuing to build, and lead alongside you.
Here’s to an exciting 2026 for the EB-5 program and for LCR.
