Marcelo Gorenstein Promoted to Commercial Director, Brazil
Marcelo Gorenstein, who joined LCR in 2018 as Vice President, Brazil, has been promoted to Commercial Director, Brazil. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Marcelo has played a crucial role in cultivating strategic partnerships across the Americas and leading business development efforts in Brazil. He also led LCR’s European residency by investment program in 2020 and has successfully structured the firm’s first Portugal Golden Visa offerings.
Gokul Ahuja Promoted to Commercial Director, India
Gokul Ahuja, previously Vice President, India, has been promoted to Commercial Director, India. In his new role, Gokul will continue to identify families interested in global opportunities and educate them about their options and LCR’s offerings. With over 12 years of experience working with HNI/UHNI clients and advising over 200 clients on global migration and education opportunities, Gokul’s expertise has and will continue to be invaluable in this new role.
Tracy Kan Promoted to Senior Director, Finance & Operations Â
Tracy Kan has been promoted from Director, Finance & Operations to Senior Director, Finance & Operations. Tracy brings extensive experience in commercial management, financial reporting and program management to her role. She is responsible for leading the accounting team and ensuring LCR maintains accurate records for investor relations and governmental reporting. Tracy’s career prior to LCR includes 15 years at Accenture Inc., where she supported major US and Canadian clients and worked closely with LCR’s CEO, Sherman Baldwin.
Dan Ricciardi Promoted to Senior Director, Legal & Compliance
Dan Ricciardi has been promoted from Director, Legal & Compliance to Senior Director, Legal & Compliance. With over 20 years of legal and compliance expertise, Dan specializes in developing compliant EB-5 offerings, managing complex contracts and ensuring adherence to USCIS filings and compliance. He will take a lead role in compliance with the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
