The countries most friendly to innovation aren’t necessarily the countries that make immigration easy. According to Shilpa Menon of LCR Capital Partners, immigrant entrepreneurs are best served by countries that are both innovation- and immigrant-friendly. Some countries proving themselves to be both are Singapore, Australia, the UK, the UAE, Malta (esp. in blockchain, gaming, fintech), and Grenada (which offers Indian entrepreneurs a stronger passport with which to gain access to the US).
