Less than 30 days after the project’s I-956F expedited approval, its first investors receive approvals for their I-526E individual EB-5 applications
We are honored to announce that the first investors in our US Strategic Metals (USSM) EB-5 project have received I-526E expedited approvals from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
These approvals came less than 30 days after the project received its I-956F expedited approval by USCIS on the grounds that the project is in the US national interest. These approvals allow for the issuance of conditional green cards to LCR’s clients. The approvals also signify that the project’s business plan complies with USCIS requirements and confirms that USSM, located in Missouri, qualifies for EB-5 reserved visas due to its being a rural area, offering priority processing to our clients. Most importantly, EB-5 investors who choose this project can expect priority processing and will be able to request expedited processing given that the project is in the US national interest.
Founded to address the nation’s need for critical mineral independence, USSM is building a battery-grade metals refinery in rural Missouri. This facility will process critical minerals, both mined and recycled, that are essential to fueling the green energy revolution and enhancing the economic and national security of the United States.
