USCIS has approved the I-526(E) petitions of investors in the Legacy Hotels & Residences, an LCR Capital Partners EB-5 project in a targeted employment area (TEA) in Miami, Florida. With this approval, investors can now move toward receiving their conditional green cards for permanent residency.
