A study provided by US News & World Report listed the top places to live in the USA in terms of quality of life. In first place for the past three years was Austin, Texas. Austin was considered one of the best places to be because of the growing job market, high quality of life and good value for money spent. It was similarly voted to be the best place to start a small business in the United States.
In order to qualify for the US News and & World Report list, studies were first done through sources such as the Department of Labor and Census Bureau. The report also gained information from 2500 surveys around the US. After combining and comparing the data for each of the 50 states, the top 25 were selected for the study.
