This project qualifies as a rural EB-5 project, enabling EB-5 investors to benefit from priority processing and access to the 20% of visas reserved for investments in the ruralÂ

Airabella lake Oconee will be a new mixed use, master planned community including townhomes, single family residences, and a 125 key full-service resort hotel offering standard rooms as well as managed condominiums. All Points North is a wellness and personal development campus near Vail, Colorado, offering behavioral health services ranging from mental health and addiction treatment to physical wellness — and a strong foundation for your EB-5 journey toward US Permanent Residency.
