This project qualifies as a rural EB-5 project, enabling EB-5 investors to benefit from priority processing and access to the 20% of visas reserved for investments in the ruralÂ
set-aside category. Airabella lake Oconee will be a new mixed use, master planned community including townhomes, single family residences, and a 125 key full-service resort hotel offering standard rooms as well as managed condominiums. The development will also feature an executive golf course and 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office, and medical office space, all situated on 137 acres in the heart of the Lake Oconee region.

This project qualifies as a rural EB-5 project, enabling EB-5 investors to benefit from priority processing and access to the 20% of visas reserved for investments in the rural set-aside category. All Points North is a wellness and personal development campus near Vail, Colorado, offering behavioral health services ranging from mental health and addiction treatment to physical wellness.Â

High-Unemployment Area (HUA) EB-5 Project
This project qualifies as a High-Unemployment Area (HUA) EB-5 project, giving EB-5 investors access to the 10% of visas reserved for investments in the HUA set-aside category. Located in Oklahoma City’s Innovation District, this project is the first phase of a larger development, consisting of a 235,479-square-foot office building constructed above a two-level underground parking garage, along with public space improvements.
