“We are a firm founded by immigrants, with a mission of partnering with families to pursue the American Dream by investing In the American Worker.”
- Suresh Rajan, LCR CEO
The EB-5 Investor Visa Program provides an opportunity for qualified immigrant investors and their immediate families (unmarried children up to the age of 21) to obtain U.S. green cards and permanent residency through a one- time investment of $500,000 USD into a new U.S. business that creates 10 or more full time American jobs.
There are specific requirements that a foreign investor must meet in order to be eligible for the EB-5 program.
LCR’s team of professionals can help you to ensure that your investment meets the required EB-5 criteria during each step of the process.
Once a foreign investor applies to the EB-5 program, there is typically an 18-24 month wait time before the investor and his or her family receive conditional green cards. After receiving approval, the investment must be deployed for at least five years before an application to remove conditions can be approved and the investor receives a permanent green card.
